Here are some notes for those fans getting ready to watch the New York Rangers (16-14-3) who are on the road getting ready to take on the Montreal Canadiens (21-7-5) tonight in NHL action.

New York will conclude their three-game road trip tonight in this Original Six matchup. The Rangers currently rank third in the Atlantic Division standings, and eighth in the Eastern Conference. The Blueshirts have been able to record a point in four of their last six contests (3-2-1).

Rangers Recap:

The Rangers enter into tonight’s contest after having been blanked by the Ottawa Senators 3-0 on Thursday. Henrik Lundqvist was able to make 26 saves in the loss for New York.
