New York Jets Soar in 31-21 in Week 5 victory over Denver Broncos

With the New York Jets (2-3) gaining momentum and confidence the team soared in the 31-21 victory against the Denver Broncos in NFL action on Sunday.

Leading the way for New York is RB Breece Hall as he rushed for a career-high 177 yards including a 72-yard TD. That touchdown came in the Jets first play in the third quarter and was one of the defining moments for the team, as it helped to give New York the momentum they needed to win the game.

Hall impressed all around as he rushed for 59 yards in the first half, and then in the second added on another 118.

Here are the stats thus far for Lazard as in 2023 he thus far has 13 receptions, 202 yards which is good for a 15.54 average and one touchdown.

There were several impressive stats when it came time for the final score for the Jets including the fact that they were able to outscore the Broncos in their home stadium of Empower Field at Mile High by a score of 23-8 in the second half.

One of the biggest keys to the victory for New York is the team’s overall defensive play include huge moments for Quincy Williams as he recorded two sacks, along with Jermaine Johnson and Bryce Huff also had one sack each.

Another highlight for the team is the play of Rookie Joe Tippmann as he played a role in the team’s tremendous run game with five positive graded run blocks.

In the Quarterback position Zach Wilson, looking more and more confident with each game he plays completed 19 of his 26 attempts going for 199 yards.

Up next for the New York Jets they return to MetLife Stadium to take on the Philadelphia Eagles in a game to be played at 4:25 p.m. with the action airing on the FOX Network.

New York Jets DL Solomon Thomas does a tremendous job when it comes time for speaking about Mental Health Awareness, as he the franchise and the Super Football Conference provided a Health Workshop for Students, Athletes, Coaches, and Educators at MetLife Stadium on Tuesday Night.

Thomas spoke to the crowd about his experiences, and those that attended also received mental health awareness training in addition to participating in breakout sessions along with receiving resources and pamphlets.
