The Fordham University Men’s Basketball team had themselves a cold shooting performance in the team’s 52-42 loss to Rhode Island in NCAA Men’s Basketball action on Sunday.
Leading the way in the Rams offense was Junior guard Jalen Cobb, who had 11 points and six rebounds. Sophomore forward Joel Soriano added eight points and grabbed seven rebounds.
Fordham was able to stay in the game for the first 30 minutes, but they were unable to overcome a cold shooting performance, as the team was outscored 17-4 over the final ten minutes.
In the positive aspects for Fordham Cobb was able to record his first double-digit scoring game of the year.
Fordham will continue their 2020-21 A-10 season on Wednesday, January 27, when they host the Duquesne University Dukes in Rose Hill Gym at 6:00 p.m.
