There is a ton happening for the New York Red Bulls Franchise including the fact that in February they announced the return of Long Island Native Tim Parker to the squad for the 2025 Season.

Then there was an exciting announcement that Lewis Morgan is going to be a member of the roster for a new two-year deal, as he on February 7 signed a contract through 2026 with options for 2027 and 2028.

As the news rolls along there was the announcement of the 2025 Leagues Cup schedule as there are going to be two matches being played at Sports Illstrated Stadium.

The 2025 Leagues Cup begins on July 31 when the franchise hosts Chivas Guadalajara. Then on August 7 FC Juárez comes to New Jersey.

On February 12 all of Major League Soccer announced the new secondary kits for the 2025 season and the New York Red Bulls put together a cool video package for the new Stone Kit that they are going to wear during the course of the home matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium.

The story behind the Stone Kit is that it is inspired by the architectural grid pattern that originated at Stone Street in Manhattan.

“Stone Kit represents more than just a jersey – it’s a bridge between New York’s historic foundations and our club’s vibrant future,” said Elisa Padilla, Chief Marketing Officer of the New York Red Bulls. “This project celebrates the diverse tapestry of New York, while delivering a contemporary statement piece that our fans can wear with pride, whether they’re in our stands or on the block.”

When it comes time for the Preseason Schedule the guys have a victory against San Jose and then played to a 3-3 tie against Real Salt Lake on February 12.

Next for the team is going to be a preseason match against San Diego FC on February 15.

After that preseason match, the guys are going to return to New Jersey to train at the Red Bulls Training Facility and start the countdown to the regular season MLS opening match against F.C. Cincinnati on Saturday, February 22 at TQL Stadium.
