On a thrilling second day of the UKG Legends Classic at the Barclays Center, it was Texas crowed the winners of the Tournament in a day of fun filled Basketball.
It was raining threes in Brooklyn as Tre Johnson led the way for the Longhorns with 1 7 points. On an incredible night Texas was able to win the first regular-season neutral-site MTE title since the 2020 Maui Invitational
As for Saint Joseph’s they showed a ton of heart and grit, as they impressed many with the style of play led by Rasheer Fleming with his fifth career double-double with 16 points and 20 rebounds.
In an interesting stat of the game the rebound total for Fleming is tied for most in the NCAA Division 1 This season.

The first game of the night started with a bang as well as Texas Tech edged Syracuse by a final of 79-74.
Leading the way for the Red Raiders is Darrion Williams with 20 points while JT Toppin filled up the stat-sheet with 15 points, six rebounds and three blocks.
The Orange showed some tremendous play in a return to playing in the New York City Area, As Chris Bell and J.J. Starling combined for 49 points.
Freshman Elijah Moore impressed with a career-best eight points, going 3-for-5 from the field. Also having an impressive performance in the low post was Donnie Freeman with 13 rebounds for a new career high.
