So far the Month of June is one filled with fun moments and developmental ones for the Brooklyn Cyclones (32-31) as they are in the middle of a six-game homestand at Maimonides Park in Coney Island.
There is a ton of excitement surrounding the team as they were able to gain victories in the prior homestand against Aberdeen and on the road against Hudson Valley.
In the first game against Jersey Shore the night is one that hopefully the team can learn from, as there was a season-high tying four errors that were committed during the game.
There were a ton of positive moments as well as Jefrey De Los Santos recorded a multi-hit game, and William Lugo and Nick Morabito were able to rip doubles during the course of the action.
In terms of pitching performances starter Felipe De La Cruz struck out four batters in 4.1 Innings Pitched. Other impressive performances came from relievers Jake Stevenson as he sat down two batters in 1.0 Innings Pitched and Victor Castaneda fanned three batters in 2.0 Innings Pitched.

Some of the things that are impressive as the guys are looking to get back into the win column on Wednesday is the fact that they have some of current roster members ranked in the MiLB standings.

With Wednesday being Juneteenth Holiday, MiLB is going to reflect on the contributions of the African Americans that played baseball by having special caps and Uniforms. In addition, the first 1,000 fans in attendance are going to be a part of the celebration by getting a special Negro League Style Cap as a part of the MiLB The Nine Initiative.
