Fordham University didn’t always have the lead as at one point in the night they trailed by six points, thankfully though it was the sharp shooting performance by the team’s seniors that helped to lead the way in the game.

In fact, the team was able to scorch the floor in the second half as they went 65.4% (17-26), that includes a 55.6% (5-9) from the three-point arc.

There was a special moment for the team as Freshman Forward Jahmere Tripp got his first collegiate moments and was able to score six pints, three rebounds and three assists.

The Rams are drawing closer and closer to the Atlantic 10 Tournament with plenty of games left to play in the regular season. Up next for the team is going to be a home game against George Mason on Tuesday at Rose Hill Gym with the start of the game scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
