The righty went two innings and looked a tad nervous but was able to work out of two innings before being taken out of the game with the lightning delay that was in the area.

From there the Cyclones saw Robert Colina, Luis Montas, Joshua Cornielly, Manny Rodriguez, Wilkin Ramos and Dylan Hall able to keep the Greensboro bats off balance.

Thanks to the fine pitching performance the Cyclones now have a 3.43 ERA, which is the fifth lowest in all of Minor League Baseball.

As for the Brooklyn bats, they were led by Catcher Kevin Parada, as he smashed two home runs. The first homer came in the Bottom of the First, when Kevin lifted a ball over the left field wall giving the squad a 1-0 lead.

A Wild Pitch in the Bottom of the Second doubled the Cyclones lead, before the night got sealed with the Parada Homer in the Bottom of the Fifth Inning.

Kevin has been putting together some impressive stats since May 28. Thus far the Cyclones Catcher Ranks 6th in the South Atlantic League with his .314 Average. In addition, he is tied for Seventh, while also ranking third with his 44 hits.

One of the more impressive things about Kevin is his leadership behind the plate. He is constantly communicating with his infield squad with how to navigate through the tough innings, in addition he was a calming voice for Jordanny in his debut in Coney Island.

Brooklyn now looks to close out this three-game homestand on a strong note, as they send Joander Suarez (3-6, 6.63 ERA) to the mound to take on Po-Yu Chen (3-5, 4.15 ERA) with the start time of the game scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
