These two franchises are going to be battling for more than just three-points, as they are in a two-way tie for second place. Currently the OL Reign has an edge on the goal-differential tiebreaker, but that all can change in the match that is going to be played today.

One of the things that has changed for Gotham FC is the fact that they have a deeper team, along with a team that features more versatility. There are so many ladies stepping-up and playing a great style of soccer, and it has been fun to watch.

Allie Long is one such player stepping up, along with Taylor Smith and Jenna Nighswonger.

In addition, the franchise has three outstanding goalkeepers keeping the team in the matches they have played in. Gotham FC saw Abby Smith get the last start and play outstanding in the match against Orlando and was rewarded for her efforts with the NWSL Player of the Week Award.

The match is going to be an epic one, as the action is going to be on the Paramount Plus network.
