New York City FC looks to reclaim their championship and have found the players that they hope will help them in their quest.
The Boys in Blue who are set to head to Florida for their training camp will start to find the shape, form and tactics that will lead them to a successful season.
Consisting of 31 players, New York City FC will feature six Academy, NYCFC players, along with one Trialist who will join the club. There will also be MLS SuperDraft selections Malcom Johnson, Braudilio Rodriguez and Matthew Myers who will get a chance to show what they can do.
In addition the Boys in Blue will have Gabriel Periera and Mitja Ilenic who are reporting to camp once they receive their P-1 visa. Joining the squad later on will be Chris Gloster.
The Preseason slate for New York City FC will start against Minnesota United on January 18.
