Recently the New York Jets continued their relationship with the Food Bank for New York City, by serving meals at the Food Bank’s Community Kitchen and Pantry. The team was in West Harlem to give back to residents and families in need ahead of the holiday season. In addition the Jets also gave $15,000 to the Food Bank for New York City
Quincy Williams, Solomon Thomas, Braden Mann, Thomas Hennessy, Tanzel Smart and Adam Pankey all were able to particpated by unloading turkeys and other items from the Food Bank’s truck and served a grab and go meal to those in attendance.
The Food Bank has had a great relationship with the New York Jets, as for 15 years the two great orgnizations have been able to partner and provide food for people in need during the Thanksgiving Holiday.
