1495 Sports is proud to bring the following Washington Mystics Post Game Press Conference from 8/12. This was after the team’s 82-70 victory over the Indiana Fever in WNBA action and features thoughts from General Manager and Head Coach Mike Thibault, Delle Donne and Elizabeth Williams:

Center Shakira Austin also had a stellar showing, as she was able to grab a game-high 11 rebounds to go along with six points and two blocks. This was Austin’s sixth double-figure rebound game of the season, and that surpasses Alessandra Santos de Oliveria for the second-most in a single season by a Mystics rookie.

To round out the stars of the game guard Natasha Cloud continues to be an assist machine for the Mystics, as she was able to record a team high six assists.

The Washington Mystics will have a final regular season game, before heading into the 2022 WNBA Playoffs. The franchise will host Fan Appreciation Day on August 14 at the Entertainment and Sports Arena with the tip set for 3:00 p.m.
