Next up for New York City FC the quest for CONCACAF Championship begins

New York City FC was able to capture their first ever MLC Cup, will now turn their sights to test themselves against the best teams in the world as the team will be participating in the Concacaf Championship starting on Tuesday.

Up first for New York City FC will be a test against Santos de Guapiles who will be representing Costa Rica in the tournament. The Concacaf region includes some of the best of the best as teams from Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean will all compete to see who will be the best. Each round features two legs of matches, one home and one away along with an aggegrate score that will determine who advances.

New York City FC hopes to be the first ever Major League Soccer team to win the CONCACAF Championship.
