Wilkes-Barre/Scranton falls to Hersey Bears on Sunday Matinee

The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins fell to the Hersey Bears by a final of 2-0 at Giant Center on Sunday.

As always, the action was fast paced between these two teams, with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton seeing a disallowed goal in the third period.

Aliaksei Protas recorded his first AHL goal for the Bears to give them a 1-0 lead, with that being added onto later in in the action thanks to the game-winner by Brian Pinho.

In the cage for the Penguins Max Lagace who made 20 saves on 21 shots he faced.

Up next the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton will be an away game against the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. With the action between these two teams set for 7:00 p.m.
