Baltimore Orioles have Lots to Hope for with new MLB Season

There is a lot of excitement in the air for the Baltimore Orioles as they enter the 2021 Major League Baseball Season. It will be a tough test as they will be competing in the American League East that features the Boston Red Sox, the New York Yankees and the Tampa Bay Rays who all have their eyes on the World Series Prize.

Many fans feel as if the Orioles can compete especially with the mix of young talent and some solid veteran presence on the team. The young core for the O’s includes Anthony Santander, Ryan Mountcastle, Trey Mancini along with a pitching staff that includes John Means and Matt Harvey.

In addition to the crew that is heading to Maryland for the start of the season, the team also has a Minor League System that is filled with studs, who are going to impress the fans at Oriole Park at Camden Yards for Years to come.

1495 Sports is proud to bring the following Post Game Press Conference from the Orioles. Featuring Manager Brandon Hyde, along with stars Austin Hays and Bruce Zimmermann:

The test for the Orioles will be no April Fools, as the O’s will take on the ultra-tough Boston Red Sox for Opening Day on Thursday. Staring on the mound for the Orioles will be John Means, who was named Opening Day starter for the second straight season. Means was the runner up for the AL Rookie of the Year in 2019. Taking on means will be Nathan Eovaldi, who has a 6-1 lifetime record against the O’s. First pitch between these two teams at Fenway Park is set for 2:10 p.m. with the game airing on the MASN and NESN Networks.
