1495 Sports continues our flashback series interview with this interview we did in 2015 with current New York Mets Pitcher Paul Sewald. At the time Paul was with the Binghamton Rumble Ponies. Sewald has been working his way up the Mets Minor League system and eventually made it to the big leagues in 2019.
