The Hofstra/Charleston series is knotted at 6-6 and Saturday’s meeting is the 13th all-time meeting between the schools. The series began when Charleston joined the CAA in 2013-14. The Pride won both meetings a season ago to end a four-game win streak for the Cougars in the series. Over the last five-plus years, Hofstra and Charleston have been two of the most successful teams in the conference as since the start of the 2014-15 campaign, Hofstra has captured 59 CAA wins and Charleston has 51 wins. Hofstra leads over the last five years with Northeastern in second with 58.
