Hofstra MBB Wright-Foreman Named NABC All-District

Hofstra senior Justin Wright-Foreman was named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches All-District 10 First Team, it was announced by the organization.

The honor is another in a long list of accolades that Wright-Foreman has received this year. After earning 14 different weekly awards during the regular season, he captured Colonial Athletic Association Player of the Year honors as well as being named to the All-CAA First Team. Most recently he was named the United States Basketball Writers Association District II Player of the Year and he is a finalist for the Jerry West Award as the nation’s top shooting guard.

Wright-Foreman is second nationally in scoring this season with 27.1 points per game. He led Hofstra to a school record 27 wins and a berth in the National Invitation Tournament. Wright-Foreman finished his career with 2,327 points and ranks second all-time at Hofstra behind Charles Jenkins (2,513). He concluded his career by scoring in double figures in 88 consecutive games, the seventh-longest streak in the history of NCAA Division I.
