New York Jets vs. Atlanta Falcons – August 10, 2018

GAMEDAY INFO

KIDS NIGHT: The New York Jets will host “Kid’s Night” during their first preseason game against the Atlanta Falcons. Throughout the game there will be kid focused elements, including kids forming the tunnel during player introductions, a kids obstacle course challenge during halftime and video board features such as a kids-cam during TV timeouts.

HONORARY CAPTAIN: As part of SNY’s Play Ball program, they will host “Dream Day”, giving one super fan Grace Eline, a 9-year-old battling brain cancer, a once in a lifetime day. Grace will serve as an honorary captain. In addition, she will be treated to a shopping spree at the team store, receive a customized jersey, autographs and a seat in the coaches club. The feature will air on SNY during the week of September 17.

 

PREGAME NOTES

NATIONAL ANTHEM: The Girl Scouts of Nassau County will sing the National Anthem.

 

ON THE ISLAND

JETS ISLAND: Stop by pregame to enjoy fan activities including IdentoGO (see below), NFL Experience and M&T Bank giveaways and games.

IDENTOGO TSA PRE-CHECK: Located in the Mobile RV, IdentoGo will be enrolling fans that sign-up for TSA Pre-Check. Each fan that enrolls at the RV will receive a $20 MLS gameday gift card, 250 Jets Rewards and a fast pass credential for quicker entry into MetLife Stadium. The enrollment will begin when the parking lot opens at 2:30 p.m. until kickoff.

IdentoGo will also be activated inside the Toyota Mezz Club. Guests that enroll in the Toyota Club will also receive a $20 MLS Gameday Gift Card. Enrollments in the club begin when gates open at 5:30 p.m. up until the end of halftime.

 

ON THE PLAZA

RADIO: Dan Graca, Greg Buttle and Erik Coleman will be hosting the pregame radio show starting at 6:30 p.m. live from the MetLife Central stage.

JETS FEST: On the plaza, kids can explore a variety of inflatable rides, player cutouts and more.

SUPER BOWL III EXPERIENCE: Located on the plaza between MetLife Central and the Verizon Gate, you’ll have the opportunity to take photos with Super Bowl III memorabilia.

JETS LAUNCH CREW PRESENTED BY SEASONAL WORLD: Located throughout the parking lots pregame, staff will be handing out giveaways and shooting t-shirts into the crowd during the game.

 

HALFTIME

KIDS NIGHT: As a part of Kids Night, kids from the stands will be selected to participate in an obstacle course on the field.

 

INFO FOR FANS

MOBILE TICKETING: Entry for New York Jets home games is MOBILE ONLY. Season Ticket Holders should use their Jets Rewards Cards or the virtual Jets Rewards Card in the Jets Mobile App. Transfer your tickets in advance and have your ticket prominently displayed prior to approaching the entry gate. Fans are strongly encouraged to add their tickets to their Apple or Google Pay wallets in advance. JETS REWARDS EARLY ENTRY BONUS: Jets Season Ticket Holders who enter the game 45 minutes prior to kickoff will receive a special 1,000-point early entry bonus. Fans that enter 15 minutes prior to kickoff will receive 500 early entry bonus points.

FANS FIRST: Show our young fans how to represent Jets Nation. If you see someone’s passion cross the line and set a bad example for our young fans, text the word JETS to 78247 or call the Jets Guest Service Hotline at 201-559-1515. Remember, young fans will follow your lead, so please be respectful.

FOOD & BEVERAGE: Popcorn tubs and souvenir soda cups will be $5 each.

MERCHANDISE: As part of Kids Night, all youth apparel will be 15% off (excluding jerseys).

UBER: Uber is the official rideshare partner of the New York Jets. The pickup location will default to a pin in the official Uber Zone, located in Lot E off of West Peripheral Road, right outside of the Verizon Gate.
