Jade WalkerAaliyah LewisAlisha Kebbe and Akina Wellere combined for 54 points to help lead  the Red Storm to their second straight victory and eighth on the year on its home court.

Walker and Lewis led the way not only offensivley, but also helped to lead the team on the floor creating energy and opportunity for the rest of their teammates. Both ladies finished the night with 16 points, and for Lewis this performance was impressive considering she missed most of the week due to being sick.

Defensively, the Red Storm forced 19 turnovers and came away with 10 steals for the first time in a game since the last time these two teams met back on Jan. 5.

The ladies will return to the court on January 29, as they will host Xavier University at Madison Square Garden. The tip is  set for 3 p.m. with the action to air on the on the BIG EAST Digital Network.
