2014 roster boasts 3 of past 5 Tewaaraton Award Winners…
With the addition of Ned Crotty, the Lizards now have the 2009, 2010, and 2013 Tewaaraton Award Winners on their roster. Max Seibald won the award in 2009, Ned Crotty in 2010, and most recently Rob Pannell in 2013.
Striebel, Crotty, DeNapoli to play former teammates…
Matt Striebel, Ned Crotty, and Steve DeNapoli who were acquired from Rochester through trades in the off season will face their former teammates for the first time when the Lizards take on the Rattlers.
Lizards look to snap four-game losing streak to Rochester…
Rochester has swept the Lizards the past two seasons, winning 13-8 and 15- 17 in 2012, and 13-10 and 13-12 in 2013.
The first 1,000 fans to arrive at the stadium Sunday will also receive a rally towel, presented by Design OL. Tickets are still available by calling 1-855-NYLizards or going to NYLizards.com.
