The New York Cosmos (4-3-1) who are currently ranked first in the NASL are preparing for a huge match this coming Sunday 9/29 against the Tampa Bay Rowdies (3-5-0) who are ranked in second place.
New York and Tampa Bay will play on the Cosmos home turf of Shuart Stadium on Sunday, as the guys will look to better a 0-0 tie they had with the high-powered Rowdies on August 10.
The guys are coming back home on a high note after earning their first road victory, a 2-0 decision against the always tough Fort Lauderdale Strikers.
It will be a tough task for the Cosmos who are currently undefeated at Shuart Stadium, thus far New York has three victories and one tie on their home turf.
