The latest buzz around New York Knicks is that Marcus Camby is set to come back to the team. Camby, a 6-11 center, is reported to have signed a three-year $13 million contract to return to New York.

On Monday the franchise also agreed to a deal with sharpshooter Steve Novak, who has a four year $15 million contract after leading the league in three-point shooting at 42.7% last year.  It was reported on Tuesday that shooting guard J.R. Smith has also resigned with the team on a deal that ESPN has reported as two-years with $2.8 million.

Two potential big losses for the team though will be Jeremy Lin and Landry Fields.  It was reported on Thursday that Lin has agreed to a four-year $28.9 million contract with the Houston Rockets.  Fields meanwhile was offered a contract with $20 million over three years by the Toronto Raptors.

Names that can potentially join the Knicks roster next are Randy Foye, Jared Jeffries and Courtney Lee.

Current stars Carmelo Anthony and Tyson Chandler are currently training to go for the gold with the USA Basketball team.

The franchise announced their roster for the 2012 NBA Summer league, which will be held in Las Vegas from July 14-20. Headlining the 15-man roster is third-year guard Toney Douglas, second-year centers Josh Harrellson and Jerome Jordan.

New York is going to play five games at the Cox Pavilion on the campus of the University of Nevada-Las Vegas on July 14, with all games set to air on the MSG network at 4 p.m.
