Mets allowing fans to participate in Charity Softball Game in June

The New York Mets are allowing 60 lucky fans to have the opportunity to play a softball game at Citi Field on June 28, with the proceeds going to the Fisher House and America’s Military. On hand to cheer on participants will be greats Darryl Strawberry and Doc Gooden.

Those purchasing tickets will get to enjoy prizes and dinner following the game. Fans that purchase tickets should enter at the Stengel VIP entrance at 4 p.m. on that day and the event runs approximately to 9 p.m.
