It was announced on Tuesday that four of the New York Mets arbitration-eligible players have agreed to one year deals, as Mike Pelfrey, Andres Torres, Ramon Ramirez and Manny Acosta have all agreed to their respective deals.

Pelfrey is the winner of the arbitration group, singing a deal valued at 5.68 million dollars. The righty has spent six seasons with the Mets, will look to rebound after completing the 2011 season with a 7-13 record. ‘Pelf’ finished the last three season winning at least 10 games, and has shown to have ace-like stuff in previous starts with New York.

Torres and Ramirez will both be making their first starts with the Mets this season, were both acquired in the deal that sent outfielder Angel Pagan to San Francisco. Torres will look to man the outfield for New York, while Ramirez will look to be a valuable piece to the pen in 2012.

Manny Acosta was big part of the Mets pen in 2011, and will look to continue to turn heads in 2012. The righty finished with a 4-1 record in 44 games for New York.
