C.C. Sabathia has been an ace for the New York Yankees both on and off the mound, as the lefty along with his wife Amber donated backpacks filled with school supplies last Thursday.
Sabathia brought school supplies to 1,700 students between the third and fourth grades in the Bronx to P.S. 106 in Parkchester, as a part of the PiCCtch In Foundation-which is an organization founded by Sabathia.
