Usually when the Boys in Blue play in front of the crowds in Queens, New York the performances are ones where the fans go home and feeling happy with three points and good results.

On Saturday, April 4 the guys had a frustrating day as they wound up with a 1-1 tie against St. Louis in MLS action.

The guys were able to get a goal from Hannes Wolf and played well right until St. Louis tied things up from a goal by Brendan McSorley.

As the match progressed those in attendance can see St. Louis gaining confidence and being able to find ways to create chances in the match.

New York City FC played well though, it was just the defense that is going to be worked on for the next match.

The guys now go on the road for two matches before returning back to Citi Field on 4/18/26 to face FC Charlotte.

On 4/11 the guys are making the way to Canada for a rare meeting with Vancouver, with the Boys in Blue having a 3-1-3 record in the seven meetings that they have played against each other.

An interesting stat is that the guys have a 42.9% win ratio in this matchup.

Wen it comes time for playing in Vancouver, NYCFC is undefeated thus far with the last win coming on August 31, 2019 and that was a 3-1 result.
