There is a ton of buzz and excitement for the Boys in Blue of New York City FC as there have been an addition of Goalkeeper Greg Ranjitsingh through 2026.
That is one of the many exciting things happening from the team, getting back to the addition of Greg to the roster the franchise is going to get a veteran guy in the cage as he played for Toronto FC.
Ranjitsingh got a chance to be a part of 100 appearances across various clubs and recorded 39 clean sheets while with the team.
“New York City FC welcomes Greg to New York City,” said Sporting Director David Lee. “Greg brings valuable experience having been in the league since 2019 and will add to our already competitive goalkeeping department as we aim to achieve the goals that we have set out for ourselves for the 2025 MLS season.”
The Preseason schedule for the guys is begun, as they tied Real Salt Lake by a final of 2-2 in Club Friendlies Played on 1/24/25.
Scoring in that match were Keaton Parks and Alonso Martinez in the 13th and 14th minute.
The guys are going to continue to train and prepare as up next is a friendly with the LA Galaxy to be played on January 27th.
