U.S. Soccer Men’s National Team Coach Gregg Berhalter Lights the Empire State Building

Being able to represent the country is one of the highest honors an athlete can have, and there will be 26 players to go along with coaches and technical staff all representing the United States in the sport of soccer, as they participate in the World Cup that will be held in Qatar.

The United States Men’s National team started their media tour in New York City on a beautiful Wednesday afternoon, as Head Coach Gregg Berhalter was able to visit the Empire State Building to participate in a ceremonial lighting of the iconic structure.

The 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar, which will be played from Nov. 20 – Dec. 18, 2022, will have some action-packed soccer. This will be the first time that the World Cup has ever been played in an Arab Country.
