Buffalo Sabres set to take on Philadelphia on Sunday

The Buffalo Sabres have been playing a solid brand of hockey, as the team is on the road getting ready to take on the Philadelphia Flyers.

During the last few weeks, the team saw a victory against the New York Rangers on Saturday, April 3, before seeing a victory against the New Jersey Devils on Tuesday, April 6.

Leading the way for the offense in the team’s victory against the Devils was Rasmus Asplund, Brandon Montour, Rasmus Dahlin, Casey Mittelstadt, and Rasmus Ristolainen.

It was announced by the team recently that they have acquired a third-round pick in the 2021 NHL Draft from the Florida Panthers in exchange for defender Brandon Montour.

The team also had Dylan Cozens returning to the squad, as he had been able to participate in the team’s most recent practice prior to taking on the Flyers on Sunday.

Cozens has been recovering from an upper-body injury and will be a much-needed boost to the team as the NHL season continues.

The game between the Sabres and Flyers is set for 2:00 p.m. With anyone wanting to watch the action can do so by checking out the NHL network.
