Ever since the New York Mets decided to bring baseball back to Brooklyn a ton of history has happened, 2020 is going to be no exception as MCU Park is going to be a Summer Alternate Site for the upcoming season.  This will be a tremendous opportunity for the players who have the potential to be on the team in the upcoming season to get their reps in and hone their skills.

MCU Park along with the Brooklyn Cyclones have seen many Mets Prospects come along the lines and now that history will continue thanks to this historical move made by the Mets.

There were also some really big moves made by the franchise recently including the addition of  RHP Matt Blackham, LHP Stephen Gonsalves, infielder Jake Hager, RHP Jordan Humphreys, RHP Franklyn Kilome, catcher David Rodríguez and LHP Thomas Szapucki. The Mets 60-man Player Pool now stands at 58.

There will be a ton of moves that will be made prior to this 60 game season, but one thing is for sure, baseball and history will continue to be made by both the Mets and MCU Park this coming summer.
