The New York Liberty announced today that individual game tickets for the 2015 season go on sale tomorrow, April 15 at 10:00 a.m. Tickets, starting at $20, can be purchased at the Madison Square Garden Box Office, online at NYLiberty.com, through the WNBA Ticketmaster charge-by-phone number 877-WNBA-TIX, all Ticketmaster outlets and Ticketmaster.com/NYLiberty.

The Liberty will host several exciting theme nights at The Garden throughout the season, including a special Ring of Honor Night on Sunday, Aug. 2 to honor Becky Hammon, a Liberty legend and the first-ever full-time female NBA assistant coach. Hammon will be honored during a special halftime presentation and will officially become part of the Liberty’s Ring of Honor, which represents retired players who have made significant contributions to the team’s tradition of excellence and to the growth of the WNBA.

“I spent eight incredible years as a member of the Liberty and I’m looking forward to thanking the organization and the fans,” said Hammon. “I will always have a special place in my heart for New York because they gave me my first opportunity, and I’m so grateful to be able to go back and be inducted into the team’s Ring of Honor.”

The Liberty will open the season on Friday, June 5 at Madison Square Garden, hosting the Atlanta Dream at 7:30 p.m. The home opener, presented by Kia, will feature a free giveaway to the first 5,000 fans. The team will host 17 home games during the 2015 regular season, along with one preseason matchup against the Atlanta Dream on Wednesday, May 27 at 11 a.m.

The home schedule features matchups against title contenders Chicago, Indiana and Minnesota as well as the 2014 WNBA Champion Phoenix Mercury. The Liberty will play a four-game set, its longest home stand of the season, beginning with the Indiana Fever on June 9, followed by matchups against Phoenix (June 11) and Washington Mystics (June 14), concluding once again with the Indiana Fever (June 19).

Along with the game honoring Becky Hammon, the schedule of theme nights includes Dad’s and Daughter’s Night (June 14), Pride Night presented by Resorts World Casino (June 19), Maddie’s Birthday Celebration, featuring a free coloring book giveaway to all kids in attendance (June 28), the annual Camp Day game (July 15), Breast Health Awareness Night presented by Delta (August 11), and Fan Appreciation Night presented by Chase (September 9).
