The weather may be cooling down, but you can start daydreaming of warmer times because the 2015 Brooklyn Cyclones schedule has been announced. The Cyclones will kick off the 2015 campaign against the State Island Yankees on Friday, June 19th at Richmond County Bank Ballpark before returning to Coney Island the following night for the Home Opener on Saturday, June 20th.
The schedule features seven Thursday night games, so there will be plenty of chances to take advantage of Jersday Thursday at MCU Park this summer. There will also be two special Sunday day games thanks to an overwhelming fan response from the Sunday matinee during the 2014 season. The Sunday afternoon games will be played on Sunday, August 2nd against the Batavia Muckdogs and Sunday, September 6th against the Staten Island Yankees. There will also be two weekday morning games on Monday, July 13th vs. Aberdeen and Monday, July 20th vs. Vermont with a first pitch set for 11:30 AM for these special “Camp Days.”
